Cancellation
If you are unable to make your appointment and need to cancel, you must provide us with a minimum 24 hours notice or forfeit charges will be applied to your credit card or gift certificate. It's extremely difficult to find a replacement appointment at the last minute.
Forfeit Charges:

We don't like this anymore than you do but failure to provide us with the minimum notice will result in a missed appointment charge on your credit card or deduction from your gift certificate.
Tuesday - Thursday:
50% of the booked service(s) will be charged up to a maximum of $100.00
Friday - Sunday:
50% of the service(s) booked up to a maximum of $150.00
Packages (on any day):
Last minute cancellation on Packages will result in a 50% charge of the amount of the package, no limit.
